Responsibilities: – Will be responsible to issue tickets for GDS & LCC Carriers – Will be responsible to compute & process Refunds for GDS & LCC Carriers – Document all tickets with regards to actions using the Tracking system (Sugar CRM) – Followup with Airlines/Internal customers in case of pending issues – Communicate clearly and effectively with Internal customers – Promote
